5653. The tomb of Darius I (c. 522–486 BC). located at Naqš-i Rustam, near Persepolis, The rock carved tomb has three panels its upper arm is a relief showing Darius I praying to the god Ahuramazda (who is shown as a winged disk). The twenty-eight people shown bellow represent the subject nations, symbolicly carrying the platform on which Darius is standing.
